We recommend booking the service as soon as your flight is confirmed to ensure availability. Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance are not guaranteed.

How will I find my greeter?
Upon arrival, your assistant will meet you with a name sign at the airbridge or at the terminal entrance, depending on the aircraft positioning. For departures, your assistant will meet you curbside and assist you from your vehicle. All meeting details will be shared with you in advance.
