1. Introduction

Terms & Conditions
(Public Offer Agreement for Meet & Assist Services)
Effective Date: 23 March 2026

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by ZED Colibri Airport Services
Ltd (“Company”).

By making a booking or completing payment, the client (“Client”) agrees to these Terms in full.

2. Services
The Company provides airport Meet & Assist services as described on the Website.
The scope and availability of services may vary depending on airport regulations, airline policies,
and operational conditions.

3. Booking & Payment
 Bookings may be made via website, email, or WhatsApp
 A booking is confirmed once payment is received or explicitly approved by the Company
 The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking
Payment us typically re quired in advance. The Company may, at its discretion, allow payment
after the service for approved clients or partners.

The Company reserves the right to correct any pricing or service description errors and will notify
the Client accordingly.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
 Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service: full refund
 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service: 50% refund
 Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the service: non refundable
 No-show bookings are considered as services rendered and are non-refundable
Refunds, when applicable, are issued via the original payment method or an alternative method
agreed with the Client.

5. Changes
Any changes (including flight details, number of passengers, timing) must be communicated as
soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client must:
 Provide accurate booking and flight information
 Inform the Company of any delays or changes
 Be reachable at the time of service
Failure to do so may affect service delivery without entitlement to a refund.

7. Service Conditions
All services are subject to airport authority rules and operational conditions.
Waiting times and procedures within airport-controlled areas are outside the Company’s control.

8. Third-Party Services
The Company is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers (e.g.
airlines, transport providers, lounges), which may affect the delivery of the services.

9. Website Use
The Client agrees not to misuse the Website or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data
protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
By using the Website and services, the Client agrees to such processing.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images and branding, is the property of ZED Colibri
Airport Services Ltd and may not be used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
 Flight delays or cancellations
 Airport or airline operational issues
 Immigration or security decisions
 Events beyond its control (force majeure)
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.

14. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the Website.
